Games / Event Registration Form#791

Please develop a form or module were a user can create any type of games / event registration form and it should have the below features.

1. Form should not take a duplicate entry it should let the user know that he/she are already registered.
2. Once the user registered a message should go on the email or on the mobile no to user with the registration no or registration is successful
3. All basis feature should be availabe in the form like Name, Address, Email ID, Photo Upload, Mobile No etc…

Hello. Have you tried using existing form module?

Yes i have tried the existing form and it lacks future of recognizing duplicate entry and it doesn’t show a message to user the way Google forms does. Also there is no registration no generated or automated emails goes to user post registration.
